SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

• North America & Europe: FREE SHIPPING on all orders.
• Rest of the World: Flat rate of $15.00 USD.

Estimated delivery time: 10-20 business days depending on your location. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or local postal service issues.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES Hope Herbs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. DAMAGES If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@gethopeherbs.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product.
