Refund Policy for Hope Herbs

At Hope Herbs, we stand behind the quality of our traditional herbal solutions. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Eligibility for Returns (Herbal Balm & Patches)
Due to the nature of personal care and health products:
- Items must be in their original packaging with the safety seal intact.
- We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or altered, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@gethopeherbs.com with:
- Your Order Number.
- Clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for any confirmed damaged or defective items.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (PayPal). You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective/Wrong Items: Hope Herbs will cover the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
